The appetizer of the red rooster
Entrance
• Foie foie gras with “tea towel“ and confit red onions with honey (supplement of € 3 for the cockery and rooster menus), or
• half-cooked trout half-fumes by us and lemony cream, or
• poche egg, pan-fried asparagus and sage-span-outsan emulsion, or
• conchiglionis stuffed with snails and spinach to the Provençale
The main dish
• Faux-filet of Belgian white white beef, ash breadcrumbs, meat juice and reason juice, candied shallots and potato puree with garlic, or
• supreme guinea fowl, area sauce, darphin apple pillow and seasonal vegetables , or
• lamb fillet, Madagascar pepper sauce, Cream of Mariné, marinated beet and marinated beet and marinated beet Raspberries
